Lindsay Dee Lohan, born on July 2, 1986, is an American actress, model and pop music singer. Lohan started in show business as a child fashion model for magazine advertisement and television commercials. At age 10, she began her acting career in a soap opera.
Lindsay Lohan is the charismatic young actress whose dual performances as Annie James and Hallie Parker in Disney's The Parent Trap (1998) captured the hearts of millions, young and old.
Aside from the numerous TV commercials and the remake of The Parent Trap (1998), she also appeared as Jamie Lee Curtis' daughter in the remake of Freaky Friday (2003) and a wannabe popular girl in the sleeper hit, Mean Girls (2004). In 2005, she starred in another Disney flick, Herbie: Fully Loaded (2005), as well as Just My Luck (2006), I Know Who Killed Me (2007), and Georgia Rule (2007).
Lindsay Lohan also released a debut album called Speak in December 2004 and A Little More Personal in December 2005.
